Lily May Cake Design was born out of an immense passion for baking and decorating beautiful cakes, and a need to provide Tasmanian couples with wedding cakes that surpass their expectations. Based in Hobart, with the option to deliver to Launceston and everywhere in between, your cake will be personally delivered and placed on site ensuring perfect presentation at your wedding.
Lily May Cake Design firmly believe in providing wedding cakes that are flawless in their design as the wedding cake is, after all, the centrepiece of the reception. The taste of the cake is just as, if not more important than the look of the cake and that is why all cakes are baked from scratch in the week of a couples wedding in their Council approved kitchen. Using only the highest quality ingredients that can be sourced, including Tasmanian butter and cream, free range eggs and the best Swiss couverture chocolate, you’re promised a wedding cake that’s not just beautiful, but delicious as well.
To ensure that each cake that leaves Lily May’s kitchen is perfect and meets their high standards, they will only complete one or two wedding cakes a week – they believe their couples deserve that level of attention to detail.
